This property is located on the edge of the parish of Boelhe, a small rural town 12 km from the city of Penafiel. It is close to the primary school and the river beach. Non-infrastructured rustic land, registered with 7,140 m2, which according to the Penafiel PDM, meeting the requirements, namely distances, alignments, girths (three floors) and without prejudice to the surrounding area, will have the constructive capacity (consolidated housing or to be consolidated type C4 - low density - houses), of 20 single-family houses with a total implantation area of 1,800 m2 and a construction area above ground of 3,600 m2.
